§ 3.05.121 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section.
   ACT. The Child Abuse Prevention Coordinating Council Act of 1989.
   CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION COUNCIL OF SAN BENITO COUNTY or COUNCIL. The Council established in accordance with Cal. Welfare and Institutions Code § 18983.4.
   TRUST FUND. The county’s Children’s Trust Fund.
