Where a subdivider of a subdivision containing 200 or more parcels or over 100 acres is required pursuant to § 23.15.002 to dedicate roadways to the public, they may also be required to dedicate such additional land as may be necessary and feasible to provide bicycle paths for the use and safety of the residents of the subdivision.
