§ 23.15.001 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER/DEDICATIONS.
The provisions of this Chapter 23.15 shall not apply within the boundaries of any adopted specific plan, unless specifically provided herein. All dedications of property to the county for public purposes shall be made in fee title, except that, in the county's discretion, a grant of an easement may be made for the following purposes: open space easements, public utility easements or other appropriate easements. All dedications in fee and grants of easements shall be free of liens and encumbrances except for those which the county, in its discretion, determines would not conflict with the intended ownership and use. The county may elect to accept an irrevocable offer of dedication in lieu of dedication of fee title.
