§ 23.11.004 SUBMITTAL FOR COUNTY APPROVAL.
   The subdivider shall submit prints of the parcel map to the County Engineer for review. The prints shall be accompanied by copies of the data, plans, reports and documents as required for final maps by § 23.09.006. The County Engineer may waive any of the informational requirements of § 23.09.006 if the location and nature of the proposed subdivision does not justify compliance with the requirements of that section.
