§ 23.09.010 RECORDING WITH THE COUNTY RECORDER.
   Upon approval of the final map by the Board of Supervisors, the Clerk of the Board shall execute the appropriate certificate on the certificate sheet and shall, subject to the provisions of Cal. Gov’t Code § 66464, transmit the map to the County Recorder.
