(A) The county’s Superintendent of Schools is hereby directed to establish and maintain a public school in the juvenile home of the county, to consist of such grades as may be, in the judgment of the county’s Superintendent of Schools, necessary.
(B) The school shall be maintained subject to, and in accordance with, all laws relating to schools maintained by a county superintendent of schools in a detention home Cal. Welfare and Institutions Code Article 14 of Chapter 2, of Part 1, of Division 2.
