§ 3.05.085 JUVENILE HOME; ESTABLISHED; USE; OPERATION.
   (A)   There is hereby established a juvenile home on the property of the county known as the county hospital grounds.
   (B)   The property, and the building thereon, is to be designated, and established in conjunction with the Probation Department of the county as a home to be used exclusively for the commitment, care and education of wards of the Juvenile Court who would otherwise be committed by the Juvenile Court to the youth authority for placement in a correctional school.
   (C)   The juvenile home shall not constitute any part of the detention system of the county and shall be administered, operated and maintained in accordance with the provisions of Cal. Welfare and Institutions Code Article 15, Chapter 2, Part 1, Division 2.
