§ 21.03.011 HOUSING ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   (A)   Creation. The Housing Advisory Committee, comprised of two members of the Board of Supervisors, two members of the Planning Commission, and three members of the public appointed by the Chair of the Board of Supervisors. Of the three members appointed by the Board of Supervisors Chair, it is recommended, but not required, to have one member with affordable housing expertise, one member from the builder development community, and one of the members with a financial or accounting background. The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee is created pursuant to this chapter for the purpose of advising the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors on matters relating to the housing element of the general plan and the inclusionary housing ordinance, and such other matters as the Board of Supervisors or county staff shall direct. The housing advisory committee shall also evaluate proposals for disbursal of in-lieu fees in accordance with the procedures set forth in this chapter.
   (B)   Adoption of bylaws. The Board of Supervisors shall adopt bylaws containing rules and procedures for the transaction of business of the Housing Advisory Committee. The Board of Supervisors may amend the bylaws from time to time.
