§ 21.01.078 INSPECTION.
   The enclosure referred to in § 21.01.076 shall be deemed to be a structure within the meaning of the term as it is used in the building code for the county. Final inspection and approval of all private swimming pools hereafter constructed shall be withheld until all requirements of § 21.01.076 have been complied with.
