§ 21.01.060 PERMITS; REQUIRED; APPLICATION; EXEMPTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to install a mobile home on any parcel of land, to improve or prepare any parcel of land, for the purpose of placing a mobile home thereon, without first obtaining a permit to do so. An application for such a permit shall be filed with the Building Official and there shall be attached to it a copy of the site plan and a vicinity map. A mobile home permit application shall comply with all the requirements of Chapter 25.25 of this county code.
   (B)   All mobile homes installed within parks operated under permit from the state’s Department of Housing and Community Development shall be exempt from the requirements of this article. Mobile homes owned and used by temporary farm laborers within this county, and not used in excess of 60 days in any one calendar year, shall also be exempt from the requirements of this article, as they are regulated by the Labor Camp Code.
