§ 19.31.016 VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be unlawful to install or operate an outdoor light fixture in violation of this chapter. Any outdoor light fixture erected, maintained and/or used contrary to the provisions of this chapter is unlawful and a public nuisance and shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code. Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code. Each and every day during which the illegal erection, maintenance and use continues is a separate offense.
