§ 19.27.052 PAYMENT.
   Any reward authorized by this article shall be paid for upon the order of the Board of Supervisors of the county upon, and after, recommendation for the payment by the District Attorney of the county. The Board of Supervisors shall be the sole judge of the party or parties entitled to receive any reward.
