§ 19.27.039 PERMANENT PARADES OR PUBLIC GATHERINGS.
   It shall be unlawful to conduct a parade or a public gathering on a permanent basis without first obtaining a use permit therefor, pursuant to Title 25 of the San Benito County Code. It shall be unlawful to hold a temporary gathering of persons without first obtaining a permit for a temporary use, pursuant to Title 25 of the San Benito County Code, if the permit be required.
