§ 19.27.036 CRIMINAL PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six months, or by fine not to exceed $1,000 or by both the fine and imprisonment.
