This article shall not apply to a boundary line street where portions of a county road is within a different jurisdiction unless the authority having jurisdiction over the portion of the street concerned approves of this article. The Parade Administrator shall identify all potential boundary line streets and shall submit this article to any pertinent jurisdiction to obtain approval of the regulations contained herein.
