(A) Any structure erected or constructed contrary to the provisions of this chapter or any building permit shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public nuisance and the District Attorney, upon order of the Board of Supervisors, shall immediately commence an action or proceeding for the abatement and removal and enjoinment thereof in the manner provided by law and shall take such other steps and shall apply to such court or courts as may have jurisdiction to grant relief as will abate the nuisance.
(B) The remedies provided for herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive.
