§ 19.25.018 NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES.
   Existing structures non-conforming as to plan line requirements and building setback areas shall be deemed to be legal non-conforming structures and shall not be altered or enlarged in any manner and shall be subject to the regulations, limitations, abatement and amortization provided in Title 25 of this code.
