To avoid confusion as to the permissible location of structures or uses of land where the provisions hereof must be added to the provisions of Title 25 of this code or other ordinances, the term “setback” or “building setback” shall include the total of all requirements of Title 25 of this code, this chapter and other ordinances, where applicable.
