§ 19.25.013 SAME; PROTEST.
   (A)   Any person having any interest in any lot upon which plan lines are proposed to be established may file with the County Clerk a written protest or objection against the establishment of the proposed plan lines designated in the resolution of intention and may appear before the Board of Supervisors at the hearing in person or by counsel and be heard in support of their protest or objection.
   (B)   Any protest or objection must be in writing and filed with the County Clerk not later than 24 hours prior to the time set for the public hearing. No other protests or objections shall be heard or considered by the county Board of Supervisors.
