   (A)   The County Clerk is hereby directed to make and keep current an index map which shall show the streets or portions of streets upon which plan lines have been established.
   (B)   The County Clerk is hereby directed to record all duly certified plan line maps adopted under the provisions of this chapter in the office of the Recorder of the county.
