(A) The following activities are prohibited activities at the San Justo Reservoir recreation area:
(1) Swimming;
(2) Diving;
(3) Camping;
(4) Hunting;
(5) Possession and/or use of firearms, airguns and arrows;
(6) Building fires outside fireboxes;
(7) Entrance into the recreation area at times other than posted open hours;
(8) Refusal to leave the recreation area at closing time;
(9) Operation of watercraft with internal combustion engines, except by county peace officers, county or water district officials or county concessionaires in connection with the performance of their official duties;
(10) Vandalism of recreation area property;
(11) Fishing from the dock and ramp;
(12) Parking on the boat ramp;
(13) Leaving children under the age of 12 years unattended by a supervising adult;
(14) Failure to keep pets on leashes;
(15) Operation of motor vehicles in areas other than the designated road and parking areas;
(16) Parking in areas other than the areas specifically posted or designated for parking. The Public Works Director shall designate specific parking areas solely for motor vehicles and specific parking areas solely for boat trailers with tow vehicles;
(17) Operation of boats more than 16 feet in size; and
(18) Littering.
(B) A list of the prohibited activities shall be posted on site at the San Justo Reservoir recreation area.
