(A) Within ten days after the execution of the development agreement by all parties, the Planning Director shall cause the agreement to be recorded with the County Recorder.
(B) If the parties to the development agreement or their successors in interest amend or cancel the development agreement as hereinabove provided, or if the county terminates or modifies the development agreement pursuant to this chapter, the Planning Director shall cause notice of the action to be recorded with the County Recorder.
