(A) Violation; criminal penalties. Any person violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code.
(B) Violation; public nuisance. Any violation of this chapter is unlawful and a public nuisance and shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of this code.
(C) Remedies; cumulative. Except as otherwise provided by law, the remedies in this chapter are cumulative and not exclusive. Nothing in this chapter is intended or shall be deemed or construed, to limit or impart the ability of the county, or any of its officers, agents or employees, to take any administrative or judicial action, otherwise authorized by law, to abate any public nuisance. Chapter 1.03 of this code is incorporated by reference as though its provisions were fully set forth herein.
(D) Enforcement. The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Director of Planning or his or her designee.
