§ 15.07.020 “CESSPOOLS”, “SEPTIC TANKS” AND “SEEPAGE PITS” DEFINED.
   For the purposes of this article, “cesspools,” “septic tanks” and “seepage pits” shall be defined to include all manner of sewage disposal other than regular sewage disposal plants and systems operated by a political subdivision and holding a valid permit from the state’s Department of Public Health.
