§ 3.01.140 POSITION OF APPOINTED CLERK TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CREATED.
   There is established in the county the position known as the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. The Clerk shall be appointed by the County Administrative Officer and shall serve under the supervision of the County Administrative Officer as provided by Cal. Gov’t Code § 25100.5.
