§ 15.01.098 VIOLATION OF CHAPTER; CRIMINAL.
   Any person, firm or corporation, whether by action of its principal agent, employee or otherwise, violating any provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in this code.
