§ 15.01.096 COUNTY OFFICER’S DUTIES.
   (A)   It is the duty of the county’s Health Officer and the officer’s authorized representatives to enforce Article II of this chapter.
   (B)   It is the duty of the county’s Director of Integrated Waste Management to enforce Articles III, IV and V of this chapter.
