§ 15.01.095 VIOLATION OF CHAPTER; PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   (A)   The violation of any provision of this chapter or of any provision of any franchise agreement authorized under this chapter is unlawful and is a public nuisance. The violation shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of the San Benito County Code, except § 15.01.027 of this chapter which may be enforced through the issuance of administrative citations. Notwithstanding the maximum fine amounts set forth elsewhere in this code, fines for violations of § 15.01.027 shall be as follows:
      (1)   First offense: $2,500.
      (2)   Second offense: $5,000.
      (3)   Third and subsequent offenses: $10,000.
   (B)   The County Administrative Officer may designate any County department or specific staff position to enforce § 15.01.027.
