§ 15.01.095 VIOLATION OF CHAPTER; PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   The violation of any provision of this chapter or of any provision of any franchise agreement authorized under this chapter is unlawful and is a public nuisance. The violation shall be abated, eliminated and enjoined as provided in Chapter 1.03 of the San Benito County Code.
