The County of San Benito designates the Environmental Health Division of the San Benito County Health Department as the implementing agency responsible for administration and enforcement of the provisions of state law and regulations pursuant thereto adopted by the state’s Water Resources Control Board relating to the underground storage of hazardous substances.
