§ 11.07.001 ADOPTION OF STATE LAW AND REGULATIONS BY REFERENCE.
   The County of San Benito adopts by reference the requirements of Cal. Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.7 of Division 20, §§ 25280 through 25299 inclusive, and the regulations pursuant thereto as adopted by the state’s Water Resources Control Board for the underground storage of hazardous substances.
