§ 5.09.018 UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT.
   If the County Board of Supervisors adopts a resolution opting into the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCAA), then for as long as the County of San Benito is subject to that Act, the provisions of Article II of Chapter 15.09 shall apply to all public projects as defined by Cal. Public Contract Code § 22002.
