§ 11.03.005 REMOVAL OF UNLAWFUL EQUIPMENT.
   In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Sheriff may, whenever he or she shall have knowledge of the use of any device or attachment not operated or maintained in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, order the removal of the device or attachment or the line termination to which the device or attachment is connected.
