§ 11.03.003 MONITORING PANELS, RECEIVING DEVICES AND THE LIKE RESTRICTED.
   No person shall place or cause to be placed any monitoring panels, annunciators, light panels or receiving equipment in any county building except, as provided in § 11.03.002 of this chapter, upon approval of the application and authorization by the Sheriff or his or her designated representative.
