§ 11.01.007 OPERATIONAL AREA.
   (A)   The county operational area will consist of county government, cities, special districts and private agencies having emergency management or public safety related response functions.
   (B)   All entities will operate as an operational area for emergency response purposes as prescribed by Cal. Gov’t Code § 8559.
