(A) The Sheriff’s Department may refuse to respond to any location of an alarm where:
(1) No permit has been obtained;
(2) An alarm user’s permit has been suspended or revoked;
(3) For violation of any provisions of this chapter; or
(4) For any reason pursuant to law.
(B) Non-response to an alarm location shall continue until a permit has been obtained, an alarm user’s permit has been reinstated or violation of the provisions of this chapter corrected or eliminated and, if required by the Sheriff’s Department, written documents of the correction or elimination submitted to the Sheriff’s Department.
