§ 9.01.004 ASSEMBLIES AND THE LIKE; NEAR FIRES, EARTHQUAKES, DISASTERS AND THE LIKE.
   No persons shall gather, collect, assemble or congregate within 1,000 feet of the scene of any fire, bombing, act of sabotage, accident, explosion, flood, riot, earthquake or any emergency when any authorized emergency vehicle is actively engaged thereat.
