(A) The provisions of this article are adopted pursuant to Cal. Elections Code Chapter 6 of Division 21, commencing with § 21500, for the purpose of establishing the boundaries of the Supervisorial Districts of the county.
(B) The boundaries of the Supervisorial Districts in the county shall be established by a resolution of the Board of Supervisors following each decennial census in accordance with state law and shall be published on the county website.
