Except as provided in § 9.01.003, no person shall consume an alcoholic beverage in the following particularly described public areas of the county:
(A) The Veterans’ Memorial Park area located east of Memorial Drive, more particularly described as follows.
(1) Parcel one. Beginning at a point in the centerline of the Hillcrest Road distant thereon south 87 degrees 00' east 18.115 chains from the corner common to Homestead Lots 26, 27, 34 and 35; thence from such point of beginning south 2 degrees 21' west 19.627 chains to an iron pipe; thence north 87 degrees 04' west 10.193 chains to an iron pipe; thence north 2 degrees 21' east 19.64 chains to a point in the centerline of the Hillcrest Road; thence along such centerline south 87 degrees 00' east 10.193 chains to the point of beginning, containing 20.00 acres more or less.
(2) Parcel two. Beginning at a point in the line common to land of Catherina Renz and Lima, distant along such line north 2 degrees 55' east 835.80 feet from the common corner to such lands in the centerline of the Sunnyslope Road, being distant along such centerline south 87 degrees 00' east 1187.00 feet from the most southwesterly corner of said Homestead Lot 35; thence from such point of beginning along the line common to lands of Renz and Lima north 2 degrees 55' east 965.10 feet to the most northeasterly corner of land of Catherina Renz; thence along the northerly line of land of Catherina Renz north 86 degrees 32' west 610.60 feet to the most northwesterly corner thereof; thence along the westerly line thereof south 2 degrees 55' west 965.10 feet; thence south 86 degrees 32' east 610.60 feet to the point of beginning.
(B) The portion of Veterans’ Memorial Park located west of Memorial Drive, more particularly described as follows: The portion of Parcel 2 described in division (A) above, consisting of the children’s play equipment area (tot lot) and the portion of Parcel 2 consisting of a parking lot located immediately adjacent to, and north of, the tot lot (up to the cyclone fence bordering the picnic area).
