§ 25.01.008 APPEALS.
   (A)   Appeal of Director’s decisions. Any discretionary decision of the Director may be appealed to the Planning Commission within ten calendar days after the date of the decision. An appeal shall be in writing and submitted to the Director in the form provided by the Planning Department, which shall be accompanied by the required filing fee. The Planning Commission shall render its decision within 30 days following the close of the hearing on the appeal.
   (B)   Appeal of Planning Commission decisions. Any decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed within ten calendar days after the date of the Planning Commission’s decision to the Board of Supervisors. The appeal shall be submitted in writing to the County Clerk on the forms provided by the County, which shall be accompanied by the required fee.
      (1)   Upon receipt of a completed appeal, the Director shall set the matter for hearing before the Board of Supervisors not less than five days or more than 30 days thereafter and shall give written notice of the hearing to the appellant, the applicant and the Planning Director.
      (2)   The Board of Supervisors shall render its decision within 30 days following the close of the hearing on the appeal.
