(A) Violation of any provision of this article shall constitute an infraction and will be grounds for
issuance of a notice of violation and assessment of an administrative citation and penalty by the county's Enforcement Officer or its designated Enforcement Agency.
(B) Enforcement actions under this article are issuance of an administrative citation and assessment of a fine. Any section of this article may be enforced by the county, or, if agreed to, by its designated Enforcement Agency.
(C) A violation may be punishable by:
(1) A fine not exceeding $100 for a first violation;
(2) A fine not exceeding $200 for a second violation of the same provision of this code within any 12 consecutive-month period;
(3) A fine not exceeding $500 for each additional violation of the same provision of this code within any 12 consecutive- month period.
(D) The Enforcement Agency for the provisions of this article is the county and any designated Enforcement Agency authorized by the county to enforce one or more sections of this article.
