§ 11.15.150 ENFORCEMENT BY CIVIL ACTION.
   As an alternative to the procedures set forth in §§ 11.15.090 through and including 11.15.115, the county may abate the violation of this chapter by the prosecution of a civil action through the Office of the County Counsel, including an action for injunctive relief. The remedy of injunctive relief may take the form of a court order, enforceable through civil contempt proceedings, prohibiting the maintenance of the violation of this chapter or requiring compliance with other terms.
