At such time as abatement costs and/or administrative penalties due and owing have no timely been paid, the enforcing officer shall follow the lien hearing and/or alternative lien hearing procedures set forth in §§ 1.06.140 and 1.06.150 of the San Benito County Code, except that in the event that the Board of Supervisors sets the matter for de novo hearing, such hearing shall be held in accordance with the provisions of § 11.15.110.
