§ 11.15.105 RECORDATION OF NOTICES.
   Whenever the enforcing officer determines that a public nuisance as described in this chapter exists on any real property within the unincorporated area of San Benito County, he or she is authorized to record notices pursuant to § 1.06.100 of San Benito County Code.
