Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as imposing on the enforcing officer or the County of San Benito any duty to issue any notice hereunder, nor to abate any unlawful cannabis cultivation, nor to take any other action with regard to any unlawful cannabis cultivation, and neither the enforcing officer nor the County of San Benito shall be held liable for failure to issue any noice hereunder, nor for failure to abate any unlawful cannabs cultivation, nor for failure to take any other action with regard to any unlawful cannabis cultivation.
