Pursuant to the authority granted by Article XI, Section 7 of the California Constitution, Cal. Health and Safety Code §§ 11362.2(b), 11362.777(g), and 11362.83, and Cal. Gov’t Code §§ 25845 and 53069.4, the Board of Supervisors does enact this Chapter, which shall be known and may be cited as the “San Benito County Personal Cultivation of Cannabis Ordinance.”
