§ 5.01.830 IMPOSITION OF FEE.

The Information Technology Impact Fee shall be imposed on new development within the county in the amount of $266 for each single family residence, $244 for each multi-family residence, $0.051 per square foot of commercial development, $0.039 per square foot of office development, and $0.023 per square foot of industrial development.
