§ 5.01.530 IMPOSITION OF FEE.

The General Government Impact Fee shall be imposed on new development within the county in the amount of $2,614 for each single family residence, $2,395 for each multi-family residence, $0.504 per square foot of commercial development, $0.383 per square foot of office development, and $0.226 per square foot of industrial development.
