§ 7.03.015 PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER.
   A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefor, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
