The following words and phrases, whenever used in the County Code, shall be construed as defined in this section.
BUILDING AND PLANNING DIRECTOR or DIRECTOR OF PLANNING AND BUILDING. The Planning and Building Director.
CHIEF PLANNING OFFICER. The Planning and Building Director.
COUNTY DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION. The Public Works Administrator.
DIRECTOR OF INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT or INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR. The Public Works Administrator.
FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR. The Planning and Building Director.
INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT. Integrated waste management division of the Resource Management Agency.
PETROLEUM ADMINISTRATOR. The Public Works Administrator.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT, COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT, BUILDING DEPARTMENT, PLANNING AND BUILDING DEPARTMENT, or PLANNING AND BUILDING SERVICES. Planning division of the Resource Management Agency.
PLANNING DIRECTOR, DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, or COUNTY PLANNING DIRECTOR. The Planning and Building Director.
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT. Public works division of the Resource Management Agency.
PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR. The Public Works Administrator.
RMA DIRECTOR. The Director of the Resource Management Agency of the county.
ROAD DEPARTMENT. Public works division of the Resource Management Agency.
