§ 3.01.145 RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AGENCY CREATED.
   (A)   There is established in the county the Resource Management Agency, to combine the functions of the Planning and Building Department, the Public Works Department, and the Integrated Waste Management Department.
   (B)   The Director of the Resource Management Agency shall report to the County Administrative Officer.
